After a shaky start I enjoyed learning how to drive a counterbalance truck. The support and training I got was invaluable in helping me learn, I was not pushed or harassed which meant I could learn from my mistakes in time for the test.
Although I did not achieve the results I wanted on the test I did find the training at ALM most helpful in giving me forklift experience.
I found my instructor Dennis very helpful, he explained everything fully and clearly.

The course was very informative and I have learnt all safety aspects of fork lift driving and the work place.
