The initial task of evaluating my maths and English I believe was very important to evaluate my abilities to understand. After establishing my standard of understanding, the training I found to be well explained before - then showed by the trainer which I found invaluable as you get to hear first, then see - visual and hearing for me are both equally as important and ensure my clear and concise understanding of all requirements. Hats off to my trainers who were very understanding to my needs and abilities.
